滾筒篩分機(jī)主要由電機(jī)、減速機(jī)、滾筒裝置、機(jī)架、密封蓋、進(jìn)出料口組成，是有機(jī)肥復(fù)混肥生產(chǎn)中的常用設(shè)備。其工作原理是根據(jù)不同的分級要求，將物料從細(xì)到粗分為1-4節(jié)，根據(jù)物料的粒徑大小來控制成品與返料的分選，分選精度高，效率高。同時對物料的適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)，粘性、濕度大、臟、雜等各種性質(zhì)的物料都能篩分，進(jìn)料方式多樣化，即人工方式和機(jī)械傳動，能實現(xiàn)規(guī)?；a(chǎn)。中心篩網(wǎng)根據(jù)不同物料采用尼龍，不銹鋼，錳鋼等篩網(wǎng)，篩孔不易堵塞，篩分效率高，使用壽命長?；剞D(zhuǎn)篩速度低，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，噪聲小。篩分筒可密封，易于密閉收塵。

結(jié)構(gòu)簡述
該機(jī)可分為三大部分：
1.機(jī)架部分：該機(jī)機(jī)架均采用優(yōu)碳鋼板、槽鋼焊接而成，并通過了嚴(yán)格的工藝要求，已達(dá)到本機(jī)所使用的目的；
2.傳動篩分部分：該部分均采用組合式篩網(wǎng)，其由傳動輪通過聯(lián)軸器傳至主軸，該篩網(wǎng)安裝與焊接在主軸的滾籠上。物料從進(jìn)料端進(jìn)入，在滾籠不斷回轉(zhuǎn)、分級，從下方出料口均勻流出，其有效地將成品與返料分離，從而提高工作效率；
3.傳動聯(lián)接部分：電動機(jī)帶動皮帶輪、三角帶、減速機(jī)傳動，使主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)工作，其中傳動減速機(jī)與主機(jī)工作部分，均采用軸銷式聯(lián)接器相齒合傳遞驅(qū)動，方便組裝與維修。
